Really? I've never even heard of them before this...guess they're just trying to ride on Wii's success...I'm actually surprised AOL didn't follow suit with all the other companies and file a lawsuit against Nintendo for this.
No. They aren't. They've been on services like MSN for about six years and AOL picked them up early last year.
It's over. Nintendo is finished.
