I used only the Brush, Spill, and Smear for the background...I thought it turned out quite nicely.

I actually used Paint Pro Shop for this one...I don't like it quite as much as Photoshop...

Aw man, I just remembered that one. It's great, but didn't you make another version that had the picture of the guy a bit clearer? If you still have that, mind uploading it? That is, if I can't find it in my Photobucket account...

But still, yeah... I have yet to get into fooling around with things in Photoshop, so I think I'll have to start pretty soon. Out of all the banners, I like mine and Sabre's the best. Good stuff...

I also just here recentely downloaded Photoshop. I like it better than PSP, which my computer came with, but I downloaded Photoshop and it seem that you get more options, and it is easier to use Photoshop.

Imma have to agree with Karl....it's not very good. But, you said it was your first attempt with PS so meh. You'll get better if you practice and look at some tuts.

We had to do a themed mandela in class, so I used Adobe Illustrator to construct this Soviet-era one. I haven't had much time to do anything else, but I'll work on getting more up. The gradient and objects were much clearer in the bitmap, but that's what I get for using a JPEG I suppose.

I think its cool. Not considering the fact that I like Russia's history and what not. Good job.

Finally got my hands on Photoshop. After messing around for about an hour I managed to conjour up this:



I personally don't think very much of it. It was basically just the result of messing with effects. It'll go in the sig until I get a better one, though, 'cause I need something new badly.

I actually like it, minus the text. Text is always the hardest to get looking good.

Got to fooling with more effects, namely text. Background came mostly from a tutorial, but I tinkered with it a little, if anyone can even notice. >_>



Comments/criticisms welcome. :)

I like it!

I am too big of a self-critic I keep on making banners and trashing them because I don't like them...I can't find a background to match it ususally.
