I keep trying to find sites where I can make my own t-shirts, but most of which don't have my size (3X) and some just cost way to **** much. Can anyone point me into the direction of a good site to make your own merchandise and such? I was planning on making a hoody with something hilarious on it.

i think they should be ok
other than that if you want theres a shirt printing firm near my house, i can get a quote for you and if need be you could paypal me the funds for it, then i'd send out
The second one is a good site. My friend just started a band. If they record some music and start playing places, I'll direct him to the site. Thanks Bazariah.
Didn't someone make VGC shirts once?

If you're doing a batch of shirts, I'd recommend http://www.contagiousgraphics.com - if you have something like a slogan that doesn't need to be a specific colour, they do what I think is called a 'garage sale' where they take a load of shirts they have spare in various colours/sizes and print your logo/slogan on them for a cheaper price than a regular order. They only go up to XL, but dude, lose some of that weight already.
I'll probably just use Cafepress since it is easier to get used to. I think 2X is good enough, I'll have to loose some weight but its no biggie.
Cafepress shirts suck chode. They're cheap and plastic, and they won't last more than a few washes.
Your best bet is to find somewhere in your town that does fabric screenprinting, and see if they'll give you a quote for a one-off job if you supply the shirt.

the first thing that came to my mind before I read this thread was custom vgchat shirts...
there's also http://neighborhoodies.com/, but I'm not sure if you can use your own image. You essentially pick the type of item you want to customize, the font style/size/color, what you want to say, then blam-o they make it for you.
My sister made me a sweet messenger bag which has held up perfectly for the last 3 years, so I'm assuming the quality of the shirts is somewhat comprable. (and they have size 3XL)
