Instant noodles do suck. I've never seen what everyone sees in them.
The instant soups in cups are atrocious, although some of the ones in packages that take anywhere between 3-5 minutes to cook are somewhat decent tasting.

When I do have them, I prefer them without much water. I cook them up with the water, but before I put the spices in, I drain the water out. Dry noodles is the way to go, for sure.
Wait, people eat them when they're still in the water?
Oh yeah, they like the soup part.
Water with flavouring in it is not soup.
Yep, I eat the noodles with the water (only the veggie flavoured one). Sometimes I'll take the noodles and mix them with fried vegetables, or stick them in a stir-fry.
