Cro: Right so like, it's been floating around DA a bit, but I've been in Sweden for the past two weeks with Xile!! :D (for those who don't know, he and I met here a year ago and have been doing our not-seeing each other but still in love thing, since he's SWEDISH :P )
Anyway, I'm leaving for America again, sadly, in a few hours, but we're posting some pics of our Xmas together, after 4 months apart btw. :D
It's been awesome. There's nothing like visiting another country. Anyway, pics!!

It's good to see that you two are so happy together. Nice pictures, and I especially love the landscapes. The second picture in particular; makes me wanna explore that dark (and perhaps even grim and frostbitten?) forest in the background. Scandinavia is definitely a place I'd want to visit someday. I approve.

I forgot to ask her if she had ever held a real rifle, much less if she had fired one.

But I think it was the first time she ever did, and I wouldn't want to be on the opposite side if there was to be bullets to be fired.

I really appreciate all the sentiments guys, our relationship isn't always easy on either of us cause of the distance and separation, so encouragement is always nice to hear. :D

Anyway, trip's over, I'm home now. It feels a little weird to see USD on all the signs now instead of Sweden kronor, and everything around me being in English again sux. :(
I plan to return in the summer tho, Xile and I both. :D If college allows me to be gone for two weeks anyway. We'll see. :D
Like Xile said, separating at the airport was awful, but it really was easier than last time because it'll only be for two months, so it's not so bad. Still sucked. :(
All in all it was an incredible experience. I even got to play poker with a bunch of his family members that don't speak English!! :D
That was exciting, I wish I had pics from it but I don't. And my Swede, my translator, was concentrating on his cards so he wasn't doing his job. So I got to pretend I knew what was being said around me. (<3 bby)
I did get better with basic Swedish while I was there though, the typical hello, goodbye, thank you, and a few very short sentences. :p:
