I'm actually surprised that's not real. If someone was able to make a portable PS1, I'm pretty sure transing a portable from one shell to another wouldn't be that hard. The only complication i could see is the screens aspect...other than that...I don't see why this wouldn't happen in some really bored dudes basement who's got a lot of skills and time on his hands.
