I know I made a thread consisting of this already, but I have a different computer and I have no idea of what the site was to find the file called "Lame" and I need it so I can convert songs I made into MP3's. All I need is the site.

Just put it somewhere on your hard drive, and point Audacity to it, and you should be set.
