I have a UK Yahoo account, and I saw that stupid banner ad up there. The concept of having a license for your television is funny though. STOOPID YUR-O-PEE-INZ
You have to pay for some of the non-cable TV channels because they have no adverts and would make no money otherwise. Not having a TV licence gives you a fine or something. I don't really know much.
