for the ones living under a rock:
TSO = Trans-Siberian Orchestra (they do mostly Christmas music)
Last year, around this time of the year, they were extremely popular. I had almost forgotten about them until last Saturday when I was watching TV, flipping channels, and came across them, putting on a pledge for a public broadcast BBC station. I was actually incredibly surprised a metal band would receive so much respect. And that's kinda what I like about them, they completely shatter the ignorance surrounding the metal and hard rock genres.
So yeah, who's started listening to them yet, if you like them?

I just went to their Phoenix concert on Sunday. <3
I wish they got more play in the local dept. stores. All they play there is freaking Mannheim Steamroller. I'm going to steamroll the next place I hear playing MS and not TSO...
BUMP
About that time again (well, almost). I dug them out today like 1-2 weeks early, mainly because I was excited that I'm finally going to see them live (December 9th, Hartford Connecticut (Hartford Civic Center), 7:30pm ). Bought tickets today, and actually managed to get good seats.
December 26th, baby. Can't wait.
Man, I wish I would have remembered them sooner. I'd go to the one in Grand Forks but it's on a day I'll be working until 6ish. :(
Hm, I should see if they're coming here and if I can still get tickets. I wonder if I can make it a christmas tradition by seeing them live
Most likely. This is supposed to be their biggest tour yet. Most venues, they're doing 2 shows (afternoon and night), so you can probably find tickets if they haven't been to your area yet.
I hope Jennifer Cella is on the east tour this year.
****, from what I can see they're playing tomorrow only. Wonder if I can mooch a ticket off someone.
