None of Puerto Rico resembles a third world country wtf.

It just looks like the caribbean. Only place third worldish I can see is Maonabo, and that's like all rural area, not really third worldish.

spray and just a little bit. Since the spray is really good. Its "instant-freeze" and it actually feels cold, like freezing cold.
