So about 20 minutes ago I was in my room, and my brother had left the TV on. It had been on for quite a while, and I was deciding whether or not to turn it off. Then just as I was getting up to turn it off...it turned off. By itself.
It kind of freaked me out just a little, so now I'm in the game room on the computer. :)
Sounds like a faulty product. My moneys on that or demons.
The same thing happened to me a while ago, only it involved my Xbox bursting into flamez.
If you telephone Microsoft Xbox Customer Support theyll tell you its ghosts, and not covered by your warranty.
Things like this have happened to me before.. personally I think it's ghosts.. although I don't think they'd set an Xbox on fire.

I can always tell when it's my sleep timer because the TV counts down from 10 on screen, then says "Good Night!", then shuts off.
But in this case, it's clearly another example of the whiteman be trying to keep the brothaman down. I'll bet your TV is black, isn't it? And what color are the sheets that ghosts wear? Cracka-ass white. Some cracka whiteboy ghost turned off the the black TV. The white man is trying to shut down the black man.
It's a sleeptimer, happens to mine when I'm watching a DVD and pause it if someone calls me, if I talk for more than thirty minutes, the TV turns off. It's not a ghost, think about things like these logically.

Sleep timer. My smaller TV does it if it's left alone for about half an hour without being used, but that's the video channel; it takes a lot longer if it's on normal cable TV though. My bigger TV has a sleep timer you can set, but you have to do it yourself.
But in your case, I wouldn't be too careful. You should give that TV away so as to remove the curse placed on your home. I'd be willing to take it off your hands for a nominal fee...

it was me i had a sniper scope on a universal remote and i was up a tree four blocks away in a 50 foot tree eating cheetos and drinking a diet coke but then i really had to go to the bathroom and instead of turning on the porn chanel i just turned it off just hopeing you would make a post on this fourm so i can tell you exactly what and why i did it :)
