Also, to comment on that seriously: You do realise it's incredibly difficult to play great guitar with chubby, short fingers, yes? That's why, those that do, are generally regarded as being fairly amazing. Look at a guitarist's hand and you'll most likely see long, thin fingers. That's what you want. You need to be able to stretch and reach frets while hitting specific notes and cords; you can't do that easily with short, fat fingers. So no, I have no idea what you're talking about.

yeah, I know a couple people who have small fingers and can play decently. Decently being the key word. But it seems to be the combination of chubby and short that really does it. Point being, you don't want small or fat fingers if you can help it.
