UPL used to do this director0y thing back about seven years ago, and when I was a highschool **** I would call numbers out of it (some still worked) and I would have a really good time harassing those poor bastards, who seemed a bit hardened to the harassment, but still dismayed when it occured.
then UPL just died for a few years, etc, but they're back now.
The whole Roy thing is acutally about Roy, New Mexico (for reals), a ghetto little town that you'd rather not go to, but the PLA think it's awesome and their pranks usually prey on the residents of Roy, for some reason. they've haxed answering machines, and other really 1337 **** like that.
That's basically everything I can think of.
