The Reputation popup is done with Javascript, not PHP. It's probably your browser. A lot of them don't like javascript, especially popups.
Yup, could very easily be because of a new popup blocker or something like that. Unless you haven't installed one recently.
Wow. I had this monster program installed that worked a little too well. I uninstalled it and now it's okay. Thanks.
If you want to keep the program, I'm sure there's a part that lets you allow certain sites. You'd just have to put vgchat.com and it'd work probably.
I tried it. It just didn't work out.
