Peter Jackson is going to direct a new game in the Halo universe, called Halo Wars, and has plans for other pieces of interactive entertainment, it was just revealed at X06.
This has been one HUGE press conference.
Oh man, I know. I can't believe at all the stuff that they have announced. A new Banjo Kazooie, new Halo game, and EXCLUSIVE Splinter Cell.
It seems that the game Jackson is involved with isn't Halo Wars, which is an RTS, but another game entirely (Forerunners anyone?).
I have to say, I'm beginning to see Microsoft as the new Nintendo now. The amount they really care for the platform really shows.
I might have to grab the full version of Doom. I need some points for Symphony of the Night anyway (which wasn't shown at X06, oddly).
