Plug it into the red microphone socket next to where your speakers are plugged in, and go to Accessories, Entertainment, Sound Recorder. Not fantastic, but it'll do.
If you don't want the file to be absolutely huge, convert it to an mp3 with Winamp/iTunes/whatever.

Do you mean integrated microphone? Then doing so would be a wtfail, because you'd need to go to work with a hacksaw or other tool for a bit to get the (presumably USB) plug to fit inside a 3.5mm socket, and it wouldnt work anyway. If so, make a video anyway, so you can make strange faces while reading out the text.
