How do I add a comment in a post? I've seen a few in the "Users have commented on this post" area where the rep is, but they aren't reps.
Do you mean where it just says a comment without the "****** Agrees:" bit?
I think its a mod thing
It's actually only when a member has lower then 10 rep points.
Their name dosen't show up and just the comment appears.
I think it also happens if they get banned...
I'm not sure, I don't think banned members can leave comments. I've never actually seen one do it, though I could be wrong.
It just means the person who repped you has zero rep power.
