leave them the way they are.
Maybe change the user spread to 10 or 15. I don't really mind if we keep it the way it is though, since it could be easily abused.
I vote 10 for user spread. 20 is just too much. =/

Don't make out of the mod board. At least not until we get the whole "senior members only" idea up. There's too many newbies that abuse the rep system and would vote for less strict settings for just that purpose.
Eh, just leave it the way it is. I don't see rep abuse a huge lot.
