The Madcatz Wiimote will be three quarters of the length, twice the width, purple, bulky as hell, made of cheap plastic and will need to be plugged into the wall to work.
However, it'll be cheaper, so it's the one parents will buy for little Timmy.
This means that the Wiimote won't store saves, merely temporarily have a cache of sounds or whatever to optimise connection between the controller and console.
PlanetGAMECUBE.com has word that a couple of UbiSoft's racing games (launch titles, no less) will have steering wheel shells included in them.
