Heh. I've got 2 of the Ocarina of Time ones on video CD right from Nintendo, so they're just about as high-quality as you can get. If anyone wants, I can upload them to my site. That Basil Polidouris Conan remix song is fantastic.
Go for it. The official Nintendo UK mag has a DVD of Zelda stuff on it at the moment, and I'm gonna have to check to see if they're on that now.
