It's not actually a jpg, it's a disguised url designed to prey on fourteen-year-old girls. And I'm guessing it automatically sends that as soon as the user signs off, in order to prevent the recipient from asking about it.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL. I let my brother use my computer every so often because his laptop broke. Turns out he's been using it to download **** from LimeWire. ***, I hate him for it. OFF TO SPYWARE CHEK LOL POP-UPS
Just nabbed the problem on my computer. I got it through AIM.
I have no idea how the original person got it, but a friend of mine emailed me saying :

I wasn't thinking, so I clicked it, opened /b/ and immediately forgot about it. Then I noticed that the next time I opened AIM it started randomly opening new IM tabs, so I shut it off.
Time to reinstall windows!

It says the file is called picture11.com
That and it was a save-only file, when I download I open first without saving, until I have seen what it is.
Dooooon't download it. DOOOOOON'T open it.
I can't just open it, it greys out the open option on Firefox, and I haven't downloaded it because I haven't been able to open it. :)
