Can't you just negative feedback him and bid on another one?
I did, reported item not sent, got my monwey back, now he looks bad. Two negative in the past six months really isn't that great. :D
So, ebay refunded you for the full amount? Odd. I got jacked for about $500 and only got about $125 back. Anyway, if you got your money back, I'd suggest you simply bid on another. And this time check their feedback :)
