You know, I'm not quite sure what you mean exactly when you say "Sports Results Guessing," which is probably why no one can really help you. Do you mean like submitting your own predictions to games and such? If that's the case, I know you can go [URL=http://mayhem.sportsline.com/splash/mayhem/spln/opc/free?refcode=sr-sl_brchll05_1]here[/URL] to predict the NCAA basketball brackets in a competition type situation.

If that's what you're looking for, I don't know of any sites that do stuff like this full time.
