If you're talking North America, you can only get them by hacking, but it's pointless because it freezes your game and it has a chance of deleting the game. But to answer your question no i do not. You also could have asked this in another thread.

It's not specifically a help question, so I let it slide.
The only chip that will work is DoubleBeast. All others will crash your game. I've had the privilige of playing the Japanese version and using the other chips.
