Are you basing that soley on the name alone? I see no reason to not allow it. It's obvious Poco doesn't like DA, so why not let him create his own place that isn't DA to have fun in instead?
There's enough blogs as it is. He can post in one of the others ones. He seems to post a lot in Lightness Advanced. I know Xeons said she sent a PM to Jesse about making him a mod of the place. Although I think she was lying. Regardless, I don't think he needs his own.
