If you find nothing wrong with the above member then give them some positive reinforcement.
-Put more substance in your posts, in the theory board.
-Don't make useless threads such as the '???' thread you made a while back.
-Can't think of anything else at the moment, but I'm sure that if there is anything else it can't be too big of a deal. ;)
