In this thread I periodically upload songs. Other people contribute too!
If you want to upload something, go to this link and upload songs at any of those upload sites. SUBSEQUENTLY! Follow the format - wrap the URL in code tags to avoid VGC getting audited. Also, describe the song.

Next is "Ren 2" by Photek.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DLA1K3TS
Description: A nice trip-hoppy piece with beautiful melodies.
Fail for not having uploaded Head Control System yet.
Head Control System - "Skin Flick"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=6FGGDVGZ
Description: Sounds like Queens of The Stone Age on metal. Hard rock with the vocalist of Ulver, Kristoffer Rygg.
Now it's made of win.
We did something like this on another forum I'm on. One guy uploaded something, someone else commented, then posted something else, and it went on like a chain.
In Flames - "Trigger"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XASZ7K5L
Description: Slightly industrial not-quite-death-metal track. Very melodic, and a really catchy chorus. Easy to enjoy.
Falkenbach - "Baldurs Tod"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ISRT4290
Description: Epic symphonic metal. It's an instrumental, and it sounds like the final boss theme to [generic rpg here].
It ended up degenerating into a slanging match. Someone posted some Against Me! and someone else said they were sellouts. Then someone posted some Green Day and all hell broke loose.
It would probably be eight times as worse here then...
All we need to do is get Speedfreak to mod it. Then anything remotely uncouth would just be wiped.
HIJACKED! Needs more sauce:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=4QN6ZA07
Band: Crotchduster
Album: Big Fat Box of Shit
Song: "Mammal Sauce"
Genre: Parody/xAwesomeXcorex
Lyrics: http://metal-archives.com/release.php?id=62978
Wins for crotchduster
THIS THREAD IS NO LONGER KLARTH'S UPLOADS, APPARENTLY.
Okay, this thread can have guest appearances too. Crotchduster for the win.
Or we could just hijack this one/make a new one where multiple people share stuff. Either one. :o

The Presidents of the United States of America - Kitty
Description: Amusing indie rock-ish song.
Add'd!
Kadenzza - "Kamikaze Blows"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=WS50R4NX
Description: Japanese industrial/symphonic black metal. The vocals are a LOT softer than normal BM; the growling is the mildest of the mild if anything.
Office of Strategic Influence - "Go"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FVZ90XSD
Description: Slow, very melodic prog-rock/metal piece. Mainly synth-keyboard based. VERY relaxing, very beautiful.
You will need a flac plugin for this. Here is a winamp one; you can find one for other media players if you just google it.
Eldritch - Still Screaming

Haha, I love you guys.

This would be "Boileroom" by Sasha. This song, in my opinion, is a very underrated Sasha tune, but it's remained one of my favorites for years. Another thing I love about this song is it always makes me think of something from the game Myst, and also Riven. You may or may not notice the same thing, but regardless, I hope you guys like this. Oh and by the way, this song would best be described as "progressive trance." If you guys like this, I can always upload some more stuff from the absolutely amazing Airdrawndagger album. Just let me know.
That ****'s good. As is the whole CD. I second the recommendation.
Agalloch - "Kneel To The Cross"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CQE2QDT2
Description: Folky, doomy, whatever you want to call it. Slow and melodic.
Agalloch - "Falling Snow"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=D6L6IYM6
Description: Faster, growlier, less folky, just as melodic.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FDODY555
The White Stripes - "The Hardest Button to Button"
Genre would be.. alternative rock, I guess.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=6ZMSDRH0
For Mägo de Oz. It's a Folk/Celtic band from Spain. Pretty catchy song.
ALBUM TIME! Office of Strategic Influence - Free (Special Edition)

Very nice. Metal-ish keyboard-based prog rock.
What's the point of putting it in a code box exactly?
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=MYJQCAW0
Nice little rap song infused with castlevania. Was featured on a /b/ theme where everything was blue and had old school computer font. It didn't last long if I recall, but it was pretty cool regardless.

Because what we're doing isn't exactly accepted by most governments. Code boxezs don't get searched in trawls. Apparently.
Ant: Any chance you could tell us what the songs are called and who they're by? ;o
fine, the first one is called exactly Another_Bad_Creation_-_Playground__lstb_castlevania_remix_
and I already told you the 2nd.

"Apprentice of the Universe" by Pure Reason Revolution.
Genre: Well, the tag says Britpop. Whatever genre Muse is, PRR seem pretty close to that.
This song had somewhat of a sequel on the single it came out on. I'll upload it later if anyone wants me to. Just say so.
HERE'S MY RECOMMENDATION FOR THE WEEK!

Band: Jesu
Album: Jesu
Information and Lyrics: http://www.metal-archives.com/release.php?id=60765
Genre: Industrial/Drone Ambient
Sound: Beautiful stuff. It reminds me of a sludgier Isis mixed with ***speed You! Black Emperor in the overall feeling obtained from the music and the fact it's primarily instrumental. There's not much singing, but when there is it's really well done and clean. Sorry I had to split the album up into tracks, I'm using someone elses upload links.
All updated.

For Klarth. Lost My Music. Haruhi Episode 12.

DJ Tiesto - "Forever Today"
Upon Phantasma's request, here it is. This is what I consider to be "epic trance;" an eleven minute long masterpiece full of beautiful synths. I actually don't think Tiesto is nearly as good as many other DJs, and certainly doesn't deserve the #1 spot (YAAY I'M JUST GONNA STAND HERE AND SMILE AND WAVE MY HANDS WHILE PLAYING TRANCE!! ^____^), but this song definitely ranks up there as one of his best. I'm not saying he's bad either, though.
Listen for yourself and see what you think. Get sucked into another world!
AH **** I was looking for Jesu not only two weeks ago, but the torrent was dead. Glad somone uploaded it.
Downloaded the one Corrupt just uploaded. Very nice.
I'm about to make a compilation and upload it for all to enjoy.

Song: "Return To Yggdrasill"
Band: Enslaved
Album: Isa
Wow, this has to be the most beautiful and well-balanced progressive black metal song ever. It's complete with clean and growled vocals along with electric and acoustic guitars, fitting together VERY well. Kudos to Enslaved, this is incredible. Note: the song starts off pretty fast, but the rest of the song isn't like this at all.
Thread tidied, first post updated. Also, thx@ant :D
Strapping Young Lad - "The Antiproduct"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZBJW83M6
Description: Fast, heavy, catchy, best trombone solo EVER.
Wow, I'm glad you guys liked "Forever Today" so much. Here's my next song:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ZTY5YJUD
Hybrid - "If I Survive"
The first song I heard by these guys, and still a favorite of mine. I was gonna put a description here, but I'll just say that it's beautiful, and if you liked "Forever Today," you'll really like this. Cellos and female vocals really enhance the song as well.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=H9XXD7W0
Infected Mushroom - "Dancing With Kadafi"
Coming in at 10:24, this song is nothing short of breathtaking; the way it shifts styles and moods so well, the piano, violin, mellow guitar riffs, dreamy synths, etc. Now THIS, my friends, is what we call the crème de la crème of psytrance. I sincerely hope this song "wows" you like it did for me... in fact, I'm gonna go listen to it right now. Enjoy.
P.S. - I'd also like to inform you that this song has the most PERFECT ending out of any song I've heard in years. It closes the ten minute wonder beautifully, and does the song justice completely. It gave me goosebumps all over my body when I first heard it, and it still does.
Agalloch - "In The Shadow of Our Pale Companion"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RAZXA5U4
Description: Best song ever written? Fourteen minutes of bleak, apocalyptic folk/doom. I love it.
I completely agree, I highly recommend that song for everyone.
This thread is in much need of new content. It's supposed to be updated daily.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JMUXEFI8
Pure Reason Revolution - Nimos & Tambos
The track that followed Apprentice of the Universe on the AotU single.
Expect my next upload to be... heavier, I guess. I'm noticing that all the songs I've uploaded are really mellow. I'll probably throw one of my favorite Machinae Supremacy tracks out here sometime soon, so keep an eye out.
Sorry I haven't been uploading or updating the first post; I've been offline for a few days.

gaston song from beauty and the beast.
No one's slick as Gaston
No one's quick as Gaston
No one's neck's as incredibly thick as Gaston's
For there's no man in town half as manly
Perfect, a pure paragon!
ahaha.
Anyways, I'll play the upload game and get in on Corrupt's job by uploading Infected Mushroom.

I Wish (Skazi remix) - Infected Mushroom
also the song used in lolicatgirl.swf
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Y2XPHNWN
Xexyz - "Jungle Ruins" (it's a name that I came up with that sounded the most fitting due to the level's atmosphere)
It's the music from the first stage of one of my favorite obscure NES titles, Xexyz. I find the tune incredibly groovy and spacey, and liked it so much that I went ahead and recorded it straight from RockNES, and converted it into .mp3 format to burn on CDs and to share with people. This music just adds so much to the game, I swear.
Chemical Plant Zone. Best videogame song ever.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DTD1TC5V
Machinae Supremacy - Oki Kuma's Adventure
It's a song about a giant teddy bear who saves the world. Seriously.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RULHS550
Genghis Tron - Arms
CYBERGRIND AT ITS BEST
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=PHB3AEUU
GO GO GO
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=N1ETWLZ8
Candlemass - Samarithan
Some candlemass for you sad souls who haven't heard anything by them before. Clean vocals, and some of the best you'll ever hear... anywhere, any genre.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=4MGPZWF5
McVaffe - "Yoshi's Island Crystalline Caverns (OC ReMix)"
Perfect remix of one of my favorite tunes from one of my favorite games. For me, it doesn't get much ****ing better than this. Chances are some of you have already heard it before (since I know OC ReMix isn't exactly obscure), but I'm uploading it anyway. Hope you guys like.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=K2FHZR1S
The Meads of Asphodel - Wonderful World (Louis Armstrong cover)
Everyone has heard the original. But this one has a slightly different twist on it.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=S0WI6GG9
I heard this song last night while checking out www.vinnieveritas.com and watched one of his newer flashes called "Rean Time" as seen here http://www.vinnieveritas.com/flash/reantime.html I really like the way he draws his flashes and just how well done they are overall. Some good stuff there if you haven't seen it already. But yeah, I liked the song, so I found it on soulseek and downloaded it. That's that!
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2FVH5VUG
Techno remix of In The Halls of the Mountain King - DJ Liquid
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VEOUMZNV
Basket of Death - Jigoku Demon Tentacle Sex
It's worth it if like bass.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=FWUGR87S
m1dy - "Speedcore Dandy XXX" (this one's a full album!)
It's simple: it's SPEEDCORE. Fast, lots of bass, and other assorted crap to (maybe) keep you entertained. Like I put in the album description, it's definitely not for everyone, but I wanted to upload it anyway to see what people thought.
And it's awesome. I recommend it.
Because Vamp was so nice as to upload that Louis Armstrong cover, I give vgc this gift:

DJ Sharpnel - "Cherry Clone"
I figured that now it's time to share some of my Sharpnel with you guys, now that I've gotten some of you into m1dy. This song is a nine-minute long smorgasbord filled with high-pitched singing, quotes from Japanese movies/cartoons/etc, beautiful piano, and hard beats. (kinda like m1dy's, except not as fast) I personally really like how it darts from sound to sound, giving the entire song a refreshing feel. To me, at least. My favorite part of the song clocks in at around 4:00, which is where the piano starts to kick in. Excellent track; one of my favorite Sharpnel grooves.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BBY91CSJ
DJ Sharpnel - "Powerpuff Gabbers"
This is a hardcore techno remix of the Powerpuff Girls... in general. There's the theme song, some quotes, and the beginning "story" with Professor Utonium all thrown in there. I found it hilarious the first few times I had the pleasure of listening to it, and I still smile when I hear it nowadays. Keep in mind I've had this song (and a lot of other material by Sharpnel) for three years or so. I can think of a couple members here that I think would really like this, too.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GHN5K2IZ
DJ Sharpnel - "Torinouta (The Speedfreak's Noise Rave Remix)"
As soon as I heard a quote from "Psych-Out" in the beginning of the song, I knew I'd enjoy listening to it. It's just a really catchy, upbeat rave tune with some nice piano and female vocals in certain parts. It blends well together; hopefully you'll see what I mean when you give it a listen.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=O5ZNPCA4
Axel Coon - "Third Base (Energy Mix)"
Best trance tune of 2006? I THINK SO! "Absolutely ****ing amazing" are the only words I can really use to describe it.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CWT2US7O
DJ Sharpnel - "Flowers Forever"
I don't know what the hell I was thinking by not uploading this song along with the others. It's pretty much the BEST SHARPNEL SONG EVER MADE. (out of the ones I've heard, at least :o)
There. Now, listen to these and tell me what you think. pze leave feedback
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=F9TPALPG
Butthole Surfers - "Pepper"
Some slowish rock stuff so this thread doesn't go 100% trance and whatnot. No offense at all ruptiebbykinsilu.
And yes, the ****ing band name is Butthole Surfers. :cookie:
Rep comment meant to say "Hahah, it's cool, I love that song". (that song being "Pepper") Damn enter key can be a problem sometimes :o

A friend in need's a friend indeed; a friend with weed is better.
http://rapidshare.de/files/30536565/DSO.rar.html
Diablo Swing Orchestra
Various tracks, not my upload, but wow. This **** is awesome if you're into it. Go here for a sample: http://www.myspace.com/diabloswingorchestra Check out Heroines for a good idea of what to expect. It's like a jazzy, brass band with female operatic vocals. Interesting if nothing else.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=CPU2K6G0
The Presidents of the United States of America - The Presidents of the United States of America
Yay for bands with big names and self-titled albums. I guess this would be classified as indie rock, or something of that nature. The whole album's pretty upbeat and amusing. It's nice for a change of pace, also good if you need something to put you in a better mood.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=9W5560MW
SPF 1000 - "Darkness"
If any of you watch The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy and you've seen the Battle of the Bands episode, you'll recognize this song.\m/
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=IC42AI0H
Gentle Stress by ... idk. It's a DDR song but anyways, it's still really fun to listen to. It's like a jazzy trance. Real short =(
EDIT: Turns out it's DJ Swan.

Hardcore Techno shit in the part of the game where you go up and down the stairs before the boss in some weird portal world that kinda looks like the old time cinema theaters...yeah.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Y6WVD8SY
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya - Ending. Techno Remix.
It still sounds pretty much like the original, if not better. Fuller Version, once again. 3:47
Song: "Blood Money"
Band: Unladen Earth
Cool Fact: My old band, so forgive the poor quality because I had to use a tape recorder to get this. Anyway, I'm the one growling and the beginning guitar riffs until the "breakdown" are completely stolen by the drummer (originally from a DevilDriver song of all things). So yeah, that's one of the many reasons the band isn't around anymore. Also, forgive the really awful rhyme at one part. It wasn't supposed to be AAB with "behind" rhyming with "behind", but the tape recorder completely cut that part of the song and I had to edit it all together.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=S8WFV3MA
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=SBML8P5J (alternate version with deeper vocals and the drummer messing up at the part the tape recorder messed up at the other recording)
Song: "Below the Tree of Life"
Band: Kataxu
Album: Hunger of Elements
Genre: Symphonic NSBM
Note: Definitely not my band.

Old Man's Child - Black Seeds on Virgin Soil
Love it or your anus will bleed. It's Melodic Black Metal.
All of this is taken from the thread "Alright Guys." Figured I'd upload some stuff after Dread mentioned it. So here you go, there's a lot.

Converge - Homewrecker
Legendary mathcore band from what's thought to be the perfect album.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=73SLX1KJ
Strapping Young Lad - Far Beyond Metal
Probably my favourite songs by them, if only for the chorus. Just goes to show you how talented Townsend is.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=4HTQYDH8
Really fast, pounding black metal.

Nile - Invocation To Seditious Heresy
Egyptian themed Death Metal
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=9NE54PWL
Bethlehem - Schatten Aus Der Alexander Welt
Doomy Black Metal with odd vocals. In the vein of Burzum almost. Dynamic stuff.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=AWKYK0JC
Between the Buried and Me - Selkies: The Endless Obsession
Progressive Metalcore, but something anyone who like harsh vocals can appreciate. Gets a bit Opethy at times, which is nice. But It quickly changes styles, so it stays interesting all throughout. Very good stuff. Though definitely not what Sapphire was looking for.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RBTST1F0
Cannae - Anna's Love
Melodic Death/Metalcore
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DCRGD17T
Gothenberg/Melodic Death. Pounding drums with cool guitars.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=U4IBEKQW
Darkest Hour - Sound of Surrender
Progressive Metalcore. These guys can play circles around just about any band. The guitarist are amazing. Definitely check out the solo around 2:17.

Cyndi Seui - "Tombourine Dream"
Read this for my opinion of the song. I'm not sure how much of you will like it, but since I love it so much I figured I had to share it.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=I8IRN9WK
Tenhi - Maaäet
Uploaded it for someone else, though I might as well post it. Best album of 2006. It's a minimalistic folk band that features different types of instruments and a very moody atmosphere. Has one of the best vocalists in the world fronting it to. Something anyone can enjoy I think.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=8DSDSPW2
Cranky - 65 mbs.
In this I uploaded my Cranky folder. Cranky is a techno/party music artist of the sorts. You've heard some of his tracks in some well known flashes. To name a few are Party4u, save the music, and The Five. Most of the tracks are realitivly short ranging from about 2 minutes on average probably. But my favorite track 19 aka Moonlight Cinderella, which is a heafty nine minutes long. The best way to describe the music overall would be that it's just fun. SO HAVE FUN WHY DON'TCHA!
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=XQEPK90H
Katatonia - "My Twin"
Melancholy atmospheric rock.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=JVELO8SA
Pain - "Eleanor Rigby"
Industrial metal version of the Beatles classic.

Theatre of Tragedy - "Storm"
Nice song with female vox.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=ANIE114C
Soilwork ft. Devin Townsend - "Black Star Deceiver"
VERY VERY good song. Not for everyone considering that it's heavy and angry and ****, but it's some of the best metalcore I've heard.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=2K2RWCZG
In Flames - "Ordinary Story"
Probably my favourite In Flames song. Growlies, but they should hopefully be tolerable even for people who hate raw vocals.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=NQNOJJOF
Spencer Nilsen - "Quartz Future"
Remix of the Sonic CD US soundtrack. Beautiful melodies.

These are the lyics btw. They're hilariously awesome:
Marriage is sacred to me, keep it within family
It has been this way so long, for so long
My cousin became my wife, we are spawning a new life

Not Dark Trance but it sounds like it. The song I mean.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=B3ET5DLA
Uploaded per Phantasma's request in 'Currently Playing' thread.
Indian/Arabic-like melodies over a healthy amount of techno and a little metal. Very unique-sounding, excellent production quality.
Sounds different. Might as well check it out.

Second link's just one I found on the net, so it's not MegaUpload. It's the entire Death Cult Armageddon album that the aforementioned track is on.
Third link is You Suck, by Strapping Young Lad. Got it straight from the Century Media website.

Flexe - "Fashion Beagle"
A really upbeat and groovy (but short! :() piece of music from Flexe, a.k.a. DJ Ludwig, The Flashbulb, etc etc. It's nothing to make you blow your load all over your keyboard or anything, but it's still really nice. I'll upload more from Programmable Love Songs if people so desire. Hell, I'll probably do it anyway.

Venetian Snares - "Winnipeg is Fucking Over"
It's the full six and a half minute long version of the song, originally uploaded because DDRFreak needed to hear it, and not just some lame two minute long cut. Of course, anyone else that's interested can also give it a whirl, although I can only wonder how many of you would actually like it.
I SAID, UPLOAD SOME MORE FLEXE.

does anyone have some songs by XotoX ?
thanks
What type of music is that?
I think XotoX is electronic. Not too sure.
I bet Corrupt has some.
Uploaded for Vamp. I recommend Darkspace to anyone who enjoys ambient black metal (especially the second cd which will be uploaded later). This album is closer to Leviathan's Tenth Sublevel of Suicide than anything else, so if you enjoy that, you'll dig this.

Ulver - "Darling Didn't We Kill You"
That was a good listen. And so was Darkspace.
Go for it, I'm interested myself.
Yeah, I have Lichtos as well, but I don't exactly have access to it right now. Raptor can go ahead and do the honors. It's good stuff, and kind of crosses over into the noise genre. I think you'll like it.
Yes, please do it ^_^
Klarth or Vamp, do you guys have Vein by Boris? I can't seem to find it anywhere, and it's the only Boris album I don't have. Could either of you upload it?
Sure, I'll upload the drone version tomorrow for you if you want it.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=0577bdb
"Vein" by Boris
Stoner Rock/Noise
It's like edgy hardcore j-punk.
Yeah, basically 1970/Pink/Heavy Rocks just drowned out in noise.
Where is that Tombourine Song Corrupt posted a while ago?!
It's not in the first page where it lists all the songs....
I believe it's called "Tombourine Dream"
http://www.sendspace.com/file/14y0cr
Megaupload was being anal, so I used Sendspace. Pack contains four Raunchy songs - One from their debut, Velvet Noise, and two from their other two albums, Confusion Bay and Death Pop Romance.
Ah, well at least I know it wasn't just me.
Thanks a lot, Vamp. What's the drone version? I don't see any information on it in the metal archives.
They tossed in alternate recordings for some of the discs which contained only two songs. One being 16:56 and the other 16:42. So imagine Vein just drowned completely in drone and noise. Every so often you can make out the drums or vocals from the actual songs, so it's kinda neat in a way.
Speaking of which, Klarth, do you have the final version of Dronevil that was released this year? I can't seem to get it anywhere.
Oh wait, there's only two new tracks? I thought they redid it? Eh, **** it then. But yeah, I'll upload the drone version some time today or tomorrow.
Actually no, wait a second, when you look at the track times for dronevil and dronevil Final on the metal archives they're extended!! Klarth, if you have the final, upload the whole thing K THX.
plz thx

Ayreon's Come Back To Me single. Uploaded it for Sabre, so lol

Speaking of which, Klarth, do you have the final version of Dronevil that was released this year? I can't seem to get it anywhere.
I never heard the original, but I'll upload the two new tracks sometime soon.
I could have sworn you I saw you listening to the album one day... but I can upload/send it to you it if you want, because if the new version is completely remastered, I'd like the whole thing.

Thanks a ton, man. I ignored Blut for years because I thought they sucked, but I really like their new album. So this helps me out.
But yeah, I would have never guessed you would listen to them. Cool ****.
Sup metal guyz!
I bring you a song from the IIBX and/or DDR Supernova. Xepher. Ant <3's classical/techno/choir vocals all in one song.

The Flashbulb - Kirlian Selections
At long last, I can finally share this brilliant album with everyone. This is meant to be listened from start to finish, track #1 to #28, and I think you'll see why. Of course there are also the big standout tracks that are great for individual listens ("Dishevel," "Lawn Wake IX," "Miles and Miles," etc), but in order for you to really take everything in and just get absorbed in the beauty, you need to listen to the entire thing. It flows incredibly well from mood to mood (perhaps with the exception of "Dishevel," but it's still a really good track anyway).
I may be overhyping this, but I can tell you that I've enjoyed the living hell out of this album, and I'm hoping that some of the others here will like it too.
Well I listened to them all and I liked it pretty well
Also, what happened to XotoX? =\
Corrupt, you won't believe how much I've listened to that album now haha, it's good
The Getaway - The Curse EP

****ing can't download thanks to megaupload.
I just tested it and it's working just fine for me. What error are you getting?
If more people have problems with this, I'll reupload it. If vamp can dl it, just grab it from him. Reuploading it is going to piss me off and my upload speed is super slow.

**** yeah, thanks, Gar. And yeah, works fine for me. I guess the Getaway is too awesome for spic ears.
=(
I'll just send it to you.
thanks again.
and more Flashbulb albums would be cool ;)
Ugh, I don't like The Getaway vocalist.
Here's a few Raymond Scott songs, some of which you'll recognize.
Powerhouse - Classic song, used in a ton of Looney Tunes episodes, as well as being the Cartoon Network theme (at least for awhile.) You'll recognize the part at about 1:15 for sure.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=DE2KGE9F
The Penguin - good song
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=LU21NX0B
War Dance for Wooden Indians - this song was in pretty much any episode of Looney tunes involving Indians..
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=0GWHZ9Y9
In an 18th Century Drawing Room - This song rules because it's an adaptation of an old Moart piano sonata..with jazz trumpets.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YJHQ8YUY
Phantasma probably won't be downloading this anyway, so I used Megaupload as always.
Nightwish - "The Gathering"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=IIKUSJPO
This is apparently a new song recorded by the band. It doesn't have Tarja, obviously, and it's pretty much demo quality. I don't like it, but I'm sure somebody here will.
Note: I download everything that is in here. If I don't like it, I delete it.
The vocals are great. You're just a weeaboo fag who can't appreciate a fun band :(
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=GI8KXTWH
Therion - Son of the Staves of Time
Yeah, this new album is simply amazing. I'll upload the rest if anyone wants it because it's a must have.
STOP. ****ING. MEGAUPLOAD.
Exactly.
and stfu. I'll just send that **** over MSN.
Yeah, it's one of those songs that you take notice of within the first few seconds of it. Just a powerful track with an amazing chorus. So good.
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=T37J1SAG
Sentenced - May Today Become The Day
The Funeral Album
Amok is better. As in the best album they've ever made. True fact.
I'll look into it when I can, then. I just grabbed the most popular one on Last.fm. Thanks for the tip, though. :)

Fishtank Ensemble - Pegasus Vaulters
Kind of hard to describe..best use for female vocals I've seen in a long time though (they kick in around 1:50 into the song.)

Grabbed both Gar's and Jim's. The former just sounds ****ing awesome and the latter sounds different. Thank ye.
Oh wait, Gar, that wasn't from KT was it? Something like "Brutal Christmas" or whatever?
Edit: oh and the song is by Tortured Conscience.
This is the list:
"Angels We Have Heard on High" by Archer
"*** Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen" by Kekal
"Mary Did You Know?" by Royal Anguish
"Coventry Carol (Lully Lullay)" by Frank's Enemy
"Let All Mortal Flesh Keep Silcen/O Come Emmanuel" by Frost Like Ashes
"The Little Drummer Boy" by Tortured Conscience
"O Come All Ye Faithful" by Hearken
"Child Messiah" by Death Requisite
"O Holy Night" by EverSINcEve
"*** Rest Ye Merry Gentlement (take 2)" by Faithbomb
"Joy To The World" by Pure Defiance
I think it'd be pretty kewl if Shin-Ra uploaded some of that Mgla(sp?) he's mentioned a few times. I looked it up, and it seems pretty awesome.
I'm always willing to help spread good black metal. Check another post I made in this thread with a link to the Crushing the Holy Trinity split. It has the "Power and Will" songs by Mgla which are absolutely fantastic.

See, with Mgla you'd expect the tracks to be really long. Then you find out they're average length and you can't help but be slightly disappointed because you feel like you're missing a ton of material.
Luckily the music makes up for it. ten-fold.
Truth spoken so well. :(
They also make up for it in the quickness in which they release their albums. I mean, in two years they released their debut split and two eps. But yeah, terribly short eps suck, especially when the band's this good. Oh well, I cannot wait for the full-length next year. I'm curious to see how they're going to evolve from their last ep since they seem to change their style somewhat on the past releases.
Add that together and you have a Darkthrone release!

GS-Screamer - Bowser the Shredder
Insanely good Mario 64 cover.

Splendid industrial rock/EBM song. It rocks so much I would feel just terrible about not sharing it.

electrodeathmetalwhateveryoucouldcallit at its best. genghis tron is unmatched >:O vicious screams and beats etc etc just listen to it
edit: changed songs
The song is Dead Mountain Mouth right?
Yes, yes it is.
I'm just going to request stuff in this thread because I have nothing to offer myself.
Urfaust, and lots of it. I saw it in Shin-Ra's sig and was reminded of how amazing the two songs I have are.
oh yeah, I need to upload the tapes n tapes stuff phant wanted.
how's a whole album sound? and if you find some of it too soft then I'd recommend Les Savy Fav.
oh wait, album not on laptop, someone remind me somehow when I get on my desktop
Reminder.
Also, I'll upload Urfaust tonight.
edit: Oh, and I'm doing probably the whole discog because I have nothing better to do.

The Loon, second album by Tapes N Tapes
Okay, so I've finally decided it's time for me to upload more music. This time I'll be using MegaShares, just in case Phant still doesn't get along with MegaUpload (you should be thankful that I'm so thoughtful, beetch).
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=966f38e
µ-Ziq - In Pine Effect
It's basically just all the tracks from the CD and the 12" vinyl put together. In Pine Effect has quickly become one of my favorite Paradinas albums, rivaling (and maybe even surpassing) the likes of Royal Astronomy and Lunatic Harness. If you're a fan of Aphex Twin's Selected Ambient Works and I Care Because You Do, then I can almost guarantee that you'll love this. The whole album is one weird, twisted, and beautiful journey. My personal favorite tracks include "Roy Castle," "Old Fun #1," "Phiesope," and "Green Crumble," among others.
I'll also upload two other µ-Ziq albums, Bluff Limbo and Bilious Paths, if people like this enough.
Boo, apparently I can't grab corrupt's album for another few hours. Though lolin's worked. Thanks.
It said there was an error when I unstuff'd lolins, but it ended up working out fine. It's been a while since I was really into stuff like that, but it's good. I think I'm gonna go upstairs, put on that u-ziq stuff, and play some Golden Sun.
Some other stuff I wouldn't object to the uploading of... Xasthur, Windir, and either of those Radiohead exclusives that are only on European singles, if any of you happen to have them. I think one is called Pearly, but I can't remember the other. I'd make sweet love to your userpage.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=06be6e2
(Album) Windir - 1184
Xasthur Pack coming up next. It's basically songs taken from his splits and one EP. Some of his best material comes from splits, so yeah, I figured it would give a better mixture than a single album.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=f9d17ef
Xasthur pack.
Includes:
Xasthur/Angra Mainyu
Xasthur/Leviathan
Xasthur/Nortt
Xasthur EP
So, did anyone like In Pine Effect at all, out of the people that downloaded it (probably just Slade and Vamp, lawl)?
Now that I can finally download it, you'll soon find out.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=1bd14f8
Twilight Princess minirip.
...I'll download all that stuff tomorow.
Yeah, I totally uploaded way too much this past week.
By yours I'll only download Urfaust. I'd vomit blood if I'd listen to another Xasthur song.
I liked The Loon completely. CAN'T GO WRONG WITH TNT.
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=9725497
Trans-Siberian Orchestra - "Wizards in Winter"
Prog rock instrumental. If typical holiday music sounded more like this, I'd listen to it every chance I get.
I saw that **** live ^^ So good.
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=7864374
The Flashbulb - Red Extensions of Me
This is the first out of four Flashbulb albums I plan on uploading. I wanted to upload them all and link to all of them at once, but it's way too late and I'm tired. I'll do it tomorrow, and for now, you can enjoy this. 'Tis very good stuff.
Ah yeah, I remember hearing "Wizards in Winter" several months ago from a friend of mine. He also complained that he wasn't able to go see them when they were in town a while back. Next time, I'm making sure that we both go.
And heeeere comes The Flashbulb!
Resent and the April Sunshine Shed:
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=fd496b2
These Open Fields:
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=2a5cff4
Girls Suck But You Don't:
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=3196207
Have at it, fellahs.
Awesome, I'll grab all that **** later. Thank ye.
YES. I was going to make a comment about how ever since I listened to The Flashbulb regular type electronica wasn't cutting it for me.
Hey, no problem. It's always good to know I'm contributing towards a good cause. Expect more of the same in the coming days.
And guys, when you get the chance, tell me how you liked the stuff I recently uploaded.
All quite excellent. Though "These Open Fields" wasn't as great as other Flashbulb albums and "In Pine Effect" didn't have the same "effect" on me as other µ-Ziq. Still, all great in the end.
Huh, I was just about to come in here and say how great the "These Open Fields" was, but then I got to the track These Open Fields. I might delete that one. :( Yeah, the end of this album sucks, but the middle was good.
I'm downloading a couple of the other albums right now. I'll post back with results.
"Girls Suck..." might be my favourite from the lot.
Good, good. I'm glad you guys enjoyed it. My personal favorite out of those would have to be a tie between Red Extensions of Me and Resent and the April Sunshine Shed. They're all great, but those are the two that stand out the most for me. Anyway, on to uploading more content. Here, I'm going to post the links to several of my favorite µ-Ziq tunes, scattered across four albums, as well as 10,000 HZ Legend by Air, which I think it's about **** time for you guys to hear. Pretty much one of my all-time favorite albums.
µ-Ziq - "Tango N' Vectif" (from the album with the same name. very first track from his very first album, back when he worked with Francis Naughton; it's been a big favorite of mine as of late):
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=3235451
µ-Ziq - "Happi" (off of Salsa With Mesquite, which I consider to be a pretty solid EP):
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=4904226
µ-Ziq - "Summer Living" (from the Brace Yourself EP; excellent release):
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=6461350
µ-Ziq - "Twangle Frent" (this one's off of Bluff Limbo (disc 1). one of his best tracks in my opinion; it's "spacey," has traces of oldschool video game sound, and is absolutely beautiful):
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=2288135
And then there's 10,000 HZ Legend by Air, which is easily their trippiest and most bizarre release to date. I can't even count how many good memories I associate this entire album with, and how many times I've listened to it over the years since its release in 2001. Most of it is slow (with the exception of "Don't Be Light"), but the pure otherworldly sound it contains needs to be heard. It may be an acquired taste for me, but I have a feeling that people here will come to appreciate it like I do.
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=652588
And now, with all of that said...
HAVE AT YOU!
Edit: Oh yeah, one more thing. I kind of have this feeling that I already uploaded 10,000 HZ Legend a while back, but since I don't feel like sifting through fourteen pages of posts, I'm not so sure. Either way though, I'll be following up with another album of theirs, Moon Safari... unless maybe I already uploaded that one as well. Just let me know if it's already in your music folders, guys.
If anyone can recommend me more music that sounds like this, please:
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=1529811
Dan Swano - "Sun of the Night"
Thanks again, Corrupt. Awesome stuff.
And Raptor: pretty much anything Swano has had a part in. Also, Symbyosis is pretty **** close. Check out "Phoenix Ashes" and "On the Wings of Phoenix" albums. Basically anything Progressive Death or Extreme Progressive sounds like that.
Die Apokalyptischen Reiter might also interest you.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=98015f0
Judas Iscariot - Armageddon
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=9b0d3cd
Judas Iscariot - Journey Through Visions of War
The last one has a ton of groove and isn't so raw. Easily enjoyable by anyone I think.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=ee712d3
Judas Iscariot - Dethroned, Conquered and Forgotten
Also: Distant In Solitary Night for good measure. I didn't include the other EP since it's not that great, only the one song.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=093cfb2
Judas Iscariot - To Embrace Corpses Bleeding
Figured I'd toss this in too. It's his last and best album. Really good stuff.
I'm uploading a lot of stuff for vamp and I just might as well make it available to everyone. I'll put up some Beatrik, Sterbend, old Katatonia, and lastly Forgotten Tomb's disco.
Band: Wormphlegm
Album: In An Excruciating Way Infested With Vermin and
Violated By Executioners Who Practise Incendiarism And Desanctifying The Pious Demo
Genre: Funeral Doom
Description: Really disturbing stuff. If you dig Stabat Mater's song "Give Them Pain" or other hellish, atmospheric funeral doom with themes of torture, then grab this. The vocalists do this really interesting master and slave style of growling, the setting is basically hell, and it's just pretty unsettling in general. The lyrics are almost laughable if taken out of context though. There's only one song on this demo and it lasts 32 minutes. Enjoy.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=0050d90
Weeeeeeee!
Band: Forgotten Tomb
Album: Obscura Arcana Mortis EP
Genre: Black Metal
Description: Forgotten Tomb's first and most black metal release. This was before the Doom element was added.
1. Nightfrost
2. Nefarious Nights
3. Forgotten Tomb
4. Obscura Arcana Mortis
5. Outro
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=2127b7d
Band: Forgotten Tomb
Album: Songs to Leave
Genre: Black/Doom Metal
Description: A far slower, more ambient approach than the ep, but there's still a lot of faster parts. This release and the ones that follow are fantastic.
1. Entombed By Winter
2. Solitude Ways
3. Steal My Corpse
4. No Way Out
5. Disheartenment
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=69f513e
<3
By the way, Wormphlegm was simply amazing. Might be the best doom song I've ever heard.
edit: Ugh, the service seems to be ****ed up. Guess I'll have to wait
edit 2: apparently only the first one won't connect. Lame.
The EP isn't anything to shit yourself over anyway.
Does anyone have clan of Xymox?
If so, upload at least an album by them.
Well then, upload an album or song.
http://www.phpbbplanet.com/metaldischarge/viewtopic.php?t=183&mforum=metaldischarge
There's the rest of the Forgotten Tomb discography. Be sure and pick up the other two releases, as they're fantastic.

New Model World by ...And Oceans
Female orgasms, enough said. This song has been stuck on my head for quite some time. ****ing using this song when I have sex.
Its industrial/Trance/Dark Trance, whatever.
Thanks again, Gar.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=52ca99e
Diary of Dreams - Freak Perfume
Darkwave/Electrogoth
I remember hearing an ...And Oceans song a looooong time ago, courtesy of Gar. I remember liking it, and keep in mind this was a few years back when I was a hell of a lot more stingy with the types of music I listened to. So chances are I'll probably enjoy it. And besides, how the hell can I resist a band that has a song titled "Intelligence Is Sexy?" Because, well... it is.
I'll also look into Diary of Dreams, because darkwave is fine too.
As promised, here's some more m1dy:
In Bass We Trust:
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=5534036
Kakuseiki is BACK!!:
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=7752243
Apparently the upload of Japanese Mathafacka (another m1dy album) that I downloaded was just some compilation thrown together with a bunch of his tracks people here have already heard. I can't seem to get my hands on the actual album, though. And there are a few tracks people wouldn't be familiar with on it; however, I'm lazy right now, and don't feel like uploading the individual songs.
Oh yes, and there will be songs on both of these albums that you've already heard (for example, Promis and Sex Friend Speeeeeed Bass), but as said before, I didn't feel like sorting everything out. Enjoy!
Edit: Just found a real copy of Japanese Mathafacka, and it's downloading as I type this!
Yay! Thank you ^^
Ugh, good lord. Now that I can actually attempt to download them the website doesn't even work. **** the internets.
*** ****it
Try later.
******* site is still down.
http://rapidshare.com/files/7967777/02_village_of_the_doomed.mp3.html
This song is called Village of the Doomed, which can be found in American Mcgee's Alice for the PC. Just something about the song that I like...the weird ooooooing and ahhhhhing I guess. Kinda reminds me of the Factory song in DK64. As for the rest of the soundtrack of the game. There's a few other good ones, a little too repetitive for my tastes personally. Out of 20 I liked 5, not bad.
You had me at oooo and ahhh
Yes! Corrupt's links finally work.
... and now they don't. *******it!
Note to self: webfilehost.com is not a good choice. Got it. Right now I'm currently uploading the albums to Megashares, a file hosting service that doesn't suck!
Heh, I'm downloading one album currently.
WEBFILEHOST HAET VAMPIRO.
(Note: or upload in ultrashare.net) (****'s good too)
Yeah, I got one album just in time.
Kakuseiki is BACK!!:

In Bass We Trust:

There, hopefully these work for you guys. The copy of Japanese Mathafacka I had previously mentioned has been in a coma the past few days (Awaiting User), so you'll have to wait a while for that. Still, as soon as I get my hands on it, I'll share.
Edit: Ah, so both of you ****ers posted while they were uploading, and you DID in fact get one of the albums. Well, it just so happens that you can probably grab the one you didn't get thanks to Megashares. Lucky you, eh?
Once again, thank you.
Once again, not a problem. I hope the crazy beats ease the frustration.
Yeah, Phant, you'd be just the kinda guy to point that out, eh? Fag.
p.s. - O_o;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
Point what out?
Nothing. :chainsaw:
Thought so. Anyways, love the whole In Bass We Trust album
as for Kakuseiki... meh.
Shin-Ra or Vamp, do you guys have Peste Noire's split and full length? The version I downloaded from KT a while ago was messed up, and now I'm curious about it because Shin-Ra said it was good. So could one of you upload those two?
I have everything including two other versions of "Macabre Transcendance..." so I'll upload them tomorrow I guess.
Edit: ****, I can't find "Phalènes et Pestilence - Salvatrice Averse"... you'll have to live without it unless Shin has it.
That would be fantastic. Thanks, Vamp.
Time for some awesome racist material yay!

Peste Noire - La Sanie des siècles - Panégyrique de la dégénerescence [Album]
Here's some circus tunes from an old Wurlitzer calliope. Nothing virtuosic here, but these tunes are catchy, fun, and sound awesome. Fantastic compositions, I'd say.
Edit: Yeah, here's the correct links this time.

Thanks Vamp, the album is excellent.

Upload the new Healing Vision song from DDR SuperNova.
If you don't have it, I hope you die. If you do, I'll make you a *** and make a religion.
http://www.webfilehost.com/?mode=viewupload&id=3648326
So yeah, how does the idea of being a "Ruptianist" sound, hmm?
IT SOUNDS GLORIOUS.
Both the song and the new religion.

Deathspell Omega - Si Monumentum Require... [Album]
Here's the original Oregon Trail. You'll need to run it through an emulator which is included.. Just upzip this into its own folder, then run the emulator. You'll see Disk Drive 1 and 2, so click on those and set the proper files for each, then click the Apple to run it! You'll need to switch disks in the middle so, just click the button right below Disk 2 when that happens.

If anyone has either of them, I need the songs "Drink Up" by Ounce of Self and "Kicked to the Curb" by Noble Rot. I couldn't find them anywhere.
Could someone (Vamp, Gar, Phant) upload Carcass' Heartwork, or something similar?
Also appreciated: Death, Napalm Death, Nuclear Death, etc.
Hey, I happen to have that album on here. Here you go!

The Flashbulb - "Please Don't Remember"
Off his new album, Flexing Habitual. Uploaded because I still can't get it out of my head after ten straight listens. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
Actually, I can't remember if I already uploaded Flexing Habitual or not. If I did, just ignore this and go listen to the album.
Okay, I figure this will be like the old upload thread. At least that's what I'm hoping, anyway. I'll periodically upload songs and albums here, and I hope other people will make use of this space, too. Requests can also be made here.
For my first upload, I'm going to do Beck's 2006 album, The Information, with the three bonus tracks only available on the international release. I had this in the old upload thread.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=6071713
One of my favorite songs

"Venom" - Purified In Blood
Thanks for doing it right, cuz we need to have the proper code boxes on our download URLs in order to avoid trouble. I deleted your first attempt because it wasn't done right.
Here's an old Hungarian gypsy tune. Very catchy and well played.

Happy early birthday, Jonathon.

Here's some music by Queen. I included two of their albums. This was in the old thread as well.
A Night At The Opera:
http://d01.megashares.com/index.php?d01=a10770e
This is one of their most complex albums. Most of the releases that followed this would feature arrangements that were slaed down from the ones used on this album. "Death On Two Legs (Dedicated To..." and "Bohemian Rhapsody" are my track picks.
Jazz:
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=a6616a0
Contradictory to the title, there is no jazz to be found on this album. It's one of their most humorous and upbeat albums. "Don't Stop Me Now" is my favorite song on this album, but there are many strong tracks.
I tagged all the songs myself. Enjoy.
/r/ Explosions in the Sky albums.
I'm looking for Death's "The Sound of Perseverance" album. Would be greatly appreciated.
Explosions and Death coming right up.
Scratch that. I forgot I deleted that particular Death album. Only thing I have left by them is Human and Individual Thought Patterns.
Hi, I happen to have "The Sound of Perseverance" album by Death. I unsuccessfully tried to upload it earlier (it's around 130 MB in size, and the tracks are encoded at 320 kbps if I remember correctly) on megashares, and now I'm trying with sharebigfile. It *seems* to be working. It should be done it 1 1/2 hours or so.
In the meantime... I'm *dying* to get my hands on the 2003 "Springtime Depression" and 2004 "Love's Burial Ground" albums from Forgotten Tomb. Do you think you can help me out?
Cheers!
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=5fe14ce
Explosions in the Sky - "All of a Sudden I Miss Everyone" and "The Earth is Not a Cold Dead Place"
215 MB
Hey, Vampiro, I hate to ask so much of you, since you've got other requests to do, but can you upload Sigh's Hail Horror Hail for me? I know you've gotta have it somewhere. Oh, and do you want to mod now that I have the upload thread?
Sure why not. And yeah, I'm zipping up the Forgotten Tomb albums, so give me a bit. It'll at least be up by this time tomorrow.
Okay, I'll PM Jesse about it. Thanks.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=c6434d0
Forgotten Tomb - "Springtime Depression" and "Love's Burial Ground"
Black/Doom - 150 MB
Wonderful, Vampiro ! Thank you sooo much ! :D
Right now I'm experiencing my third failed upload... at 87% ****it. My ISPs just suck. I'm working on uploading the Death album, but if I won't make it until tonight, I'll let the upload run while I'm sleeping... I guess it should work like that, i.e. if I don't touch the PC at all. It's something with my bandwidth I think... wish me luck :)
I'm wondering if someone can upload Dream Theater's first album?
I want to get into something new and Dream Theater seems to be most people's favorites for a reason.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=f51675e
Porcupine Tree - Deadwing (album)
Can do, Arcadios. Well, their first album has a different singer, so do you want that or do you want the first album with the current singer?
edit: I'm just uploading them both in one zip in case other people want them too.
Oh dear, I'm sorry for making you wait for so long. Anyway, here it is:

I just changed it to http and it worked.
How does I not leave a direct link to the upload?

Nahemah - The Second Philosophy
Progressive death metal. Pretty good stuff.
edit: I'll upload the Pick of Destiny soundtrack as that's the only one I have.
edit 2: Turns out I have them both. Coming up!

Tenacious D - The Pick of Destiny
Tenacious D - S/T
Jeff Buckley - Grace
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=a998fe2
Alternative rock with a pronounced influence from gothic and folk rock, as well as some hard rock and slight progressive tendencies. His voice is amazing.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=5f4f29a
Hybrid - "Finished Symphony"
Just something I thought you guys should be exposed to. The slick and classy sound of this song can't be kept for only one person on these forums to hear, you know? It's like Tiesto's "Forever Today," except better. Well, at least I like it better; probably because I'm fed up with FT considering all the times I've listened to it.
Enjoy.
You're a wolf, not a person. So technically he was right.
I don't believe in technicalities.
Ah right, being a wolf and all...
Lol.
Anyways, nice piece.
Due to Klarth's linkage in the Music Board expiring...

"Oki Kuma's Adventure" - Machinae Supremacy
Here's a great piece by Bernard Herrmann. It's from a 50s Hitchcock movie called Vertigo. It's very haunting, yet beautiful.

Alan Parsons Project - "Rubber Universe"
Dandy little late 90's progressive rock instrumental, full of kick.

Hajime Hirasawa - "Starfox - Main Theme (Arranged Version)"
Nostalgia! This just makes me want to take control of an Arwing. Right now.
Time to find my Starfox cart... *******it.
I know exactly where mine is. In the fourth bedroom quadrant, northwest-facing plastic organiser between bookcases A and B, second drawer, filed under 's.' Soon to be inserted into SNES, third quadrant, third shelf of entertainment console. Being perfectly organised and preposterously anal pays off.
**** that ****, I just know mine's with the rest of my S/N/ES/64 carts.

StyleXP for Xenos. This should work no problem. Once you upload a VS through StyleXP it will appear through properties when you right-click on the desktop. So there's no need to keep it open.
How about Tuatha De Danann?
Oh yeah, I'll upload that too.
http://download.yousendit.com/A25C00235FBF85EE
It's a fantastic album, probably the best album to come out of Japan.
Oh yeah. Tomorrow it is.

Tuatha de Danann - Trova di Dan˙ [Album}
Folk/Celtic Metal - 66 MB
Thanks. :)
Took awhile, but you're welcome.
Holy ****ing ****, I think I love "Bella Natura." If the rest of the album is this good, I'm in for a huge treat.
I liked "The Land's Revenge" and "The Wheel" the most, but it was all extremely good.
Fantastic.
By the way, I'll also upload some more choice electronica soon, most likely within the next several hours or so.
Lover of the Queen and Believe! It's True are my favorites.
The Arrival has some sexy vocals too.

RAR format is for queers.
Yeah... that Tuatha album that Vamp uploaded didn't work for me. When I unstuffed it all the files were in .mp3A format, with the A being some funky symbol.
I'm trying the one he just posted now. If this one doesn't work I'm going to cry. ;_;
Did you try getting rid of the A? It should work fine, though I have no idea what's ****ing it up on your end.
zomg Guns N' Roses "Chinese Democracy" song leak:

My friend gave it to me, but me personally it doesn't sound like Axel. Maybe it's 3AM EST and I'm off my rocker.
Wow, that hasn't been all over the internet for months. There's a whole bunch of different songs available.
If you want a new song by them, "Oh My God" was an interesting direction for a GN'R song, since it had a heavy industrial influence. Download that one. It's an official release on the End Of Days soundtrack.
Don Salsa - Koolaid Moustache In Jonestown (album)
Pretty zany experimental/avant garde music. Made by a bunch of high schoolers!

Good post-rock.
Yeah, I recommend that. I enjoyed it a lot.
I'm about to drop the Infected Mushroom bomb, guys. I think it's about time I uploaded three of my favorite albums of theirs so you guys can get infected much like I have over the past several years.
B.P. Empire:
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=92cb166
Classical Mushroom:
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=b4dfa86
Converting Vegetarians (Disc 2) - There is a Disc 1, and although I used to have it, I lost it. Plus it's not nearly as good as Disc 2 and I don't care to download a copy of it again.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=a92fc99
And if for any reason two copies of the song "Dracul" on Classical Mushroom show up, let me know. Enjoy.
Hey, I'll grab all that tomorrow. I was hoping you had uploaded some of the stuff you were talking about in the other thread.
Actually, all of the Freezepop and Stereolab material I have is really unorganized, so I won't be uploading that for a while. Infected Mushroom aren't as accessible if you're not already familiar with the psytrance genre, but there a few songs (particularly "None of This is Real" and "Dancing With Kadafi") that I personally think anyone can get into, as they're both incredible. See what you think tomorrow, and be sure to let me know what you think of it.

Nah, because people tend to leech off my connection at bad times and lag it out. Transfers and online games don't mix.
Well, I appreciate it, since I'm having a hard time finding anything good. I'm at work, but I'll grab those when I get home.

Bishop of Hexen - symphonic black metal. Here's the 2006 "The Nightmarish Compositions" great album from this Israeli dudes (just give it a try... no politics whatsoever here). I'd like to think I'm not the only one who's crazy about these guys' music.
mediafire.com/?6zwzcrddmzz
BTW, why don't you use mediafire instead of megashares ? It offers unlimited file hostage... no pop-ups (if you use FF or Opera, duh), clear and nice interface...
Has anyone got Beherit ? Haven't listened yet, but I heard it's something I shouldn't miss.
PS - How on Earth do you wrap your links in "code"-"/code" tags, guys ? I always get "No URLs allowed" if I enter "h_t_t_p_:_/_/_w_w_w_." in front of the actual link (had to write it here like this because it was considered a link...)
You have no posts, so you can't post links. If you post more in the main boards where posts are counted, you'll be able to post links. This is a blog, so posts aren't counted here. Also, try to visit more often, because any member who makes good contributions and isn't an idiot is welcome.
No problem. I don't really play games, either. Still, you can post in the sections like Music, Technology, and Community on the main boards like me. Then once you have enough posts for links, you can call it quits on posting there and just hang out here. :)
Alright, I guess you're right. Thanks for the idea, I'll follow your advice. :-)
I've got the three Beherit albums. I'll upload them whenever.
I don't really know why I did this since no one will download it..but meh.

"You must spread some reputation before giving it to Vampiro V. Empire again"
Thanks for this!

Acrnym - "Revenge of Ganondorf"
Music from the original Zelda games + breakcore = rad.

Tuatha De Danann - Tingaralatingadun
Folk/Celtic - 53 MB
There's their first album. Not nearly as polished as "Trova" but I find it better overall than the rest of their material. Enjoy.
YES. You are win.
EDIT: What does it mean when it says that all download slots for this link are filled?
EDIT2EDIT: nvm got it thx vamp
EDIT3EDIT:I suck cocks for a nickel.
I'll upload the second album tomorrow or something. It's like Tinga and Trova combined.

Tuatha De Danann - The Delirium Has Just Began
Folk/Celtic - 37 MB
I had to leave one song out because apparently it's ****ed up. But it wasn't that great anyways. But yeah, the album title sums it up pretty well. There's some strange parts, but it's great. Lots of harsh vocals too, plus the music is much more progressive.
Awesome! I love it when good bands put different spins on each album. Keeps it fresh.

Venetian Snares - "Songs About My Cats"
Originally uploaded this for Raptor, but I've decided that I might as well just share it with the rest of you. I know Vamp already has it (what do you think of it, by the way?), but everyone else can feel free to check it out. While definitely not one of his best, I still enjoyed it.
I remember the thread you made, Xenos, that talked about Wobbler. I grabbed that **** soonest, and man it was amazing.
As for that Vsnares album, really good stuff. Then again, most of his stuff is. I just grabbed the newest album a couple days ago, but I'm refraining from listening to it until I got the time to run a Vsnares marathon. I feel in the mood for it.
A VSnares marathon sounds pretty **** good right about now, actually.

Song: Raver's Fantasy
Artist: Tune Up!
Album: Future Trance vol. 29
Genre: Trance
Great song for anyone who enjoys techno.
Hey, I really enjoyed the vocal effects and the beat on that song, Mixman.
Yes, it's a great song, it's just that the version he uploaded is too ****ing short.
http://d01.megashares.com/?d01=9015a92
Tune Up! - "Raver's Fantasy (Club Mix)"
The full six minute long version for you to gorge yourselves on; the whole enchilada.
I just realized that. Thanks for uploading the long version. Sorry about that.
Great song though. Glad to see we have some trance fans here on VGC.
You should use mediafire.com though. I lot of times, with megashares, you have to wait.
Great song though. Glad to see we have some trance fans here on VGC.
Haha yeah, I remember when you first signed up here and mentioned that you were a trance fan in your introduction thread, I thought to myself "Wow, Raptor and I aren't the only ones anymore!". If I feel like it later on, I'll do the honors of uploading some of my random favorites. Maybe you can do the same.
And yes, even though I've honestly had no trouble at all uploading or downloading files to/from Megashares, I'll convert to MediaFire because it's supposedly more convenient.
Hey, I like trance and electronica now, too! It's all your fault!
Speaking of trance and electronica:
http://www.mediafire.com/?fct2nnkmhoz
Edwin York - "Here We Go"
From Destinations V1, an incredible compilation by Solarstone. For some reason, I especially enjoy listening to this song in the morning, when I'm anticipating a wonderful day ahead of me. Actually, it's marvelous any time I listen to it. Very uplifting and invigorating.
http://www.mediafire.com/?6eeemmmtrkt
Pendulum - "Slam"
More drum 'n' bass than trance, but it's definitely got trancey synths. Turn the bass up on this one.
Yeah, I had heard both "Slam" and "Sounds of Life" thanks to Raptor and Sapphire Rose (respectively), and decided last night that I would go after the entire album, Hold Your Colour. I was blown away; it's frankly some of the best DnB I've heard in a long while (maybe if you exclude Vector Burn's latest release, heh), but I encountered an "Invalid Identifier" error while trying to upload it to MediaFire, so I suppose I'll stick to MegaUpload for now. If anyone could manage to identify this problem for me and possibly let me know what I would have to do in order to remedy the situation, it'd be appreciated! However, I did manage to upload something else to MediaFire before this problem occurred, so without further ado...
http://www.mediafire.com/?dnfnqmnuqwg
Sabrepulse - Nintendokore EP
Quirky, catchy breakcore fused with chiptunes. I have only two complaints, though; for one, the sound quality isn't as good as I'd like it to be (the EP is apparently very rare though, so maybe I shouldn't complain), and the song "Logon" is far too short. :( Nevertheless, I think the rest of the gang will enjoy this. Tell me what you guys think after you listen to it, please.
Edit: And here's the aforementioned Pendulum album:
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=E7D0AN7V
Pendulum - Hold Your Colour
Funny, I tried to grab both of those albums off of Soulseek about a week ago, and managed to get only the first two songs from the Nintendokore EP, and nothing from Hold Your Colour. Downloading those right now.
http://www.mediafire.com/?8yu2ozzzwz1
This is a song by Savon called Music Reload
Great rave song, which I downloaded a few years ago. I made an attempt to find it recently and couldn't. I had to rip this off my old ipod nano.
http://www.mediafire.com/?0mdydzz32zy
Another rare song I found on Ares. The name of the song is Swedish Euro Trance Mix. It said the artist was DJ Micro, but I am not sure if that is the famous DJ Micro, or just another person calling them self DJ Micro. Nevertheless, it is a great song, and I hope you guys enjoy it.

A Exhale by System F (Ferry Corsten) and Armin Van Buuren. This is a great progressive trance song, made by two gods of trance. I really like this song, especially when I am driving.

I vastly prefer Mediafire for that reason alone. Plus, there is way too much other distracting crap on megashares that always has me searching for the download button no matter how many times I use it. MF is much cleaner and easier to navigate.
http://www.mediafire.com/?2n4tf1z1y02
Sigue Sigue Sputnik - "Virus"
Song from an industrial compilation I just recently bought. This is the kind of industrial rock that takes no time at all for me to fall in love with. Vocoders rule.
http://www.mediafire.com/?5demmjmnnia
The Shizit - "Just One Fix"
Another headbanging dancefloor industrial classic. Kind of sounds like Powerman 5000, only heavier and a thousand times better.

The Art of Noise - Daft (album) (Experimental Synthpop)
Track Listing:
Yeah, sometimes it tells you all the download slots are filled or if you've downloaded a lot recently, you'll have to wait for your passport to renew. Still, it works just fine for me, too. Other people just complain when I use it.
Huh, I'll just use that other one from now on then.

Tunnel Trance Force America vol. 2 (mixed by DJ Dean)
Easily one of the best trance compilations I've had the pleasure of hearing in a while. The album starts off with a fantastic one-two-three-four punch, and continues going strong throughout the entire journey. My favorites would probably have to be the opening track, "Running Water" by DJ Shog, "Manifesto" by Talla 2XLC, "Circle of Trust" by Accuface, and "Odin" by Beam.
Enjoy!
Edit: And here's the album once again, uploaded to MegaUpload for Mixman (and any others that might've had trouble grabbing it), since MediaFire wasn't complying:

Hope it works for you this time.

Listen to the first half of this song and identify it for me. I know I've heard it before, it's very familiar. I have a feeling it's a somewhat famous song, but I just can't figure out where it comes from.
Yeah, that song sounds kinda familiar, but I still don't know what it is...

Here's a couple tracks from Infected Mushroom's new album, Vicious Delicious, set to be released March 28th, if I'm not mistaken. I'm not spoiling anything, but I definitely like what I've heard. In "Heavyweight," they bust out the heavy guitars and create something amazing and unlike anything I've heard from them before. The second offering is more traditional-sounding IM, but equally mesmerising, in my opinion. (And I used Megaupload for the sole reason that MF was down for maintenance at the time).

Infected Mushroom - "Heavyweight"
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=RO6CBADN
Infected Mushroom - "Change the Formality"
So, you or Corrupt are going to upload the full album when it comes out, right?
Alright, use megashares for now. Mediafire went offline, and Megaupload does not allow you to download a lot without having a premium membership. Megaupload is alright for single songs, but for whole albums, use megashares.
Plus it makes me wait 45 seconds.
Awesome! Many thanks for that. :)
Should I get it? I leave up to you, the people of VGC.
Awesome, thanks.
Also, that Pendulum stuff was excellent.
Good thing I pointed out that IM has a new album!
Thanks, Raptor!
I tried downloading the IM, but got some **** error. Will try again tomorrow I guess.
