Sleep Troubles

I cant go to sleep because when I come here and read things, I just cant fap straight, and then I just cant go to sleep and so on. Does anyone else get these troubles?

Man, I never sleep well. Sometimes it's for an obvious reason, like when I know I slept in too much or had too much caffeine, but other times it occurs with no clear explaination. Drives me crazy... I'm sure some people remember when I was in here complaining that I didn't manage to sleep at all the night before I had to take my SAT's.

A few times I haven't been able to sleep for a couple nights in a row until about four. It's usually just stress.

I can usually never sleep during normal hours (i.e Night) Latley i've been sleeping from morning till midafternoon.

I get up for work at 3:00am durring the week. As you can see, it totally fux my weekends up. It's Sunday morning and I have been up since 4:00 :(
