Jesse, there's no Terms of Service for registry. I remember there used to be one that you have to agree with before registering. Also, there's no available links to a list of rules, only a FAQ which has no set rules listed.
Please add both. It's much too easy for a person to register and a list of rules would be dandy.
I wrote one up before for VB2 - I don't mind writing one up again if that is what you all need.
