Usually if I happen to glance at the clock as soon as midnight comes around, I just think to myself "Oh, it's midnight. Cool" and then resume whatever it was I was doing prior to that. Popular midnight/early morning hour pastimes for me include spacing out, listening to trippy music, fapping, and video games. Or a combination of the four aforementioned hobbies. What I also sometimes do is go outside, wander around, and find completely dark alleyways and creepy looking houses/structures. Seeing as Ocean Beach has been around since the 1800s, the town has its fair share of haunted places. I love it. When I have the money, I'll also stop by the 7-11 about a block away from the beach (hi ant!) and get an energy drink or some other kind of peculiar beverage.

Not too long ago, I woke up at about 1:30 in the morning, and I just up and drove to San Ysidro and back because I was a) bored and b) it was raining which rarely ever happens here. Keep in mind this is like 75mi one-way.
Also, sometimes it's fun just to dial random numbers and say "cactus" if anyone picks up. They're always either confused or ****ed as Hell, which I find incredibly amusing.
