Anyone for a new "Civ5" game?

Is there anyone who would like to suggest for the future Civ series??

My idea for a new Civ game would include...

1. New leader traits: such as, diplomatic (other leaders' opinions of you are less likely to drop); pacifist (Great Person/Leader and culture created slightly faster, but costs more money to maintain troops)

2. A new set of civics: The labor civic, which decides how the employer-worker relations would be. Should the employers work the employees to the death as in 19th Century Britain, or should the workers be protected by their labour union?

3. New victory condition: Financial victory (be the country to have the most producing GNP, or be the country to have its currency as the key currency, for a period of time)

4. New civilization such as the Maoris (a civ from Oceania), the Italians (if the French, the German, and the Spanish civs were included, why not include the Italians as well?), the Swiss (No offence, but I personally would like to see a non-neutral Switzerland in the game.), and the Tibet civ to name a few

5. Modification of certain technology abilities: The Railroad technology allows the expansion of the "city radius" (as in Civ4), or in other words, allows additional workers to work on additional spaces. It also allows production (hammers/shields) and food to be consumed in cities different from where it was produced.
The introduction of the electricity allows the electrification of railroad trains, thus no longer requiring coal to build railroads. The combustion technology allows Oil power plants to be built (needs oil to operate, but do not cause as much pollution as Coal Power Plants).
The fission technology allows the Fusion Power Plants (no pollution, no meltdown, higher power output and thus more production/hammers/shields, but needs a tremendous amount of shields to be built)
