i'll give jesse points for actually following the ban no matter what, but i still say that this is going ot fail.
One of three things will happen:
1) It will go the way of [extinct species] and never be enforced after a couple of weeks
2) It will completely backfire with more sarcasm/"rudeness".
3) It'll be neither 1 or 2, and will actually succeed with people obeying the new rule.
