That though they share an IP, -Inuyasha- is not a puppet account. It is a friend's account. I don't see any reason to doubt this (after all, Porcupine shares an IP with me), and he's quite maturely come forwards in a PM to clarify this. Likewise, Dope Dealer is not a puppet account.
So keep off, in short.
