I was jumping through various IRC channels and found #vgchat was available.
Is this for us?

IRC isn't very popular with non-technical sites I guess.
On a different note, I found another [url=http://www.virtualgettysburg.com/chat/]vgchat[/url], but the "VG" stands for "virtual Gettysburg".

Sniper and I had one at whatnet.org. It was #vgc.

I used to go in there on a fairly regular basis, actually. It was a lot of fun, and I'd love it if it were to be brought back. I don't know what the chances are of that (probably not too good), but you never know...?

I used to go onto ZeldaPower's IRC all the time when I was about 11 or 12. It'd sure be interesting to make a return.
My mistake...
I didn't realize this earlier but there actually wasn't an existing #vgchat IRC channel. It was created after I entered the name after logging into a server. I didn't know it was that easy to create a chatroom in IRC (without registering it first).
So if anyone's interested irc.EFnet.net/#vgchat is open.
I still think an "official" IRC room would be convenient (even if were dead most of the time).
