I do not have spyware or anything on my computer besides those little blinking ****s and they are ****ing me off. I ran Ad-Aware and cleaned up everything I could, Spybot: Search and Destroy got more, and than Norton Antivirus got the rest.

Hello, Michael J. Caboose. I think you know what's wrong with it, it's just how you're going to fix it that you're curious about. I'd ask someone who knows about command prompt stuff to manually hunt through your computer and delete whatever spyware they can find. Clearly, if Spybot and Norto can't find it, it's not just a quick fix.
Or you can just get a Mac...
Can always reformat/reinstall the whole thing.
