If you ask me, chrono trigger, final fantasy 9, and final fantasy 7 are the best games out there!

Tai Fu: Wrath of the Tiger.
Man, I wish they made a sequel to that. The closest to this game I've come across is Legend of Kay, but that's for PS2.

Chrono Cross - No explanation needed.
Legend Of Legia - Very underrated.
Skullmonkeys - #2 on my top ten all time favorite game list.
Metal Gear Solid - Still perfect today (minus the outdated graphics).
Legend Of Mana - Easy, but still fun.
Brave Fencer Musashi - Here's one game I think it should be mandatory to have.
Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee - Quirky and fun at the same time.
Oddworld: Abe's Exedous (is that spelt right?) - Gotta love the sequels.

On one hand, Metal Gear Solid led the way for the next generation of action games by delivering a cinematic experience unlike anything seen before in video games, and a deep gameplay mechanic which used every single button on the Playstation controller perfectly. It was also the first of the stealth genre craze.
