Its a really addictive game, this is true, even though its the most pointless game known to man kind. What you have to do is pretty much earn "bells" so you can: Buy furniture to put in your house, and pay off your loan and get an even larger house. The online is pretty cool but if your going for a really good Wi Fi game try Metriod Prime Hunters.
Animal Crossing is the best. I have no idea who u r. Maybe u should buy it and u will know wat im talking about.

First of all you just revived a really REALLY old thread, and second of all i own the game and i am intitled to my own opinion, most people can agree its really pointless but somehow addictive.
EDIT: You've only been on this board for 3 min. and you're already acting like you own the place.
Oh and sorry for calling you a moron sometimes people just make me mad.
To me, Animal Crossing is pointless. I have both the DS and GC version of it, and the game goes on FOREVER. Yet, I keep playing it. So it is kinda addictive.
