HEy I recently got 3 atheist albums Elements, Piece Of Time and Unquestionable Presence. Elements album I enjoyed Alot, one track on that album that appealed to me the most was a track called Samba Briza. Its Instrumental amazing how these guys play Progressive death metal. Any other suggestions on Progressive Death Metal? Thanks
Novembre. They're often compared to Opeth, for good reason, but Novembre's transitions are pulled off a lot better than Opeth's material. That's all I can think of, as I honestly prefer more thrashy Death Metal and I'm not a fan of progressive metal in general, with the exception of Enslaved.

Cynic are prog/death too, but have some more jazz-fusion influences like Atheist. Those two bands are often associated together, so check them out.
