Is there a way to rotate objects to a specified degree in MSPaint? I seem to only be able to turn them by 90, 180, and 270 degrees. I'm not even sure if its possible, but if so, how?

You could rotate it manually, I know that.

Nope, you can't manually rotate objects to a certain degree on MS Paint. All you can do flip and rotate it at 90º angles. Sorry. :(

Photoshop can though. :)

What do you need rotated? You could always just send it to me and I could do it for you.

Rideman at a 27º angle with Peach?

Just rotate your monitor to the desired angle.

Depending on exactly what you're trying to do, you may be able to paste it in MS Word, use its rotate tool, and then copy it back over. This makes it really blurry, especially if it's small, so it might mess up your project.

Yeah, I'd just find a way to make it without rotations. :)

When there is a program that rotates, it always comes out blurry and modified.
