It wasnt a "You must wait x number of minutes between posts" thing. It just said that it wasnt accepting posts.
Works just fine for me.
Also, when you post too fast, it doesn't say it's not accepting posts. It says you have to wait x seconds to post again, so that can't be the problem.
Hmm... can you not post at all, or just not in that thread?
Maybe the board doesn't like you...
