For some reason unknown, whenever we play sudio or even video, there are these hics every few 10 seconds where the audio freezes for a split second and resumes. It's like if you were to take .01 seconds of something and play it back on loop for 3 seconds. It sounds bad every time it happens.
Does anybody know what this is or what could possibly cause these hiccups? I don't imagine it's a preformance issue because this computer has loads of resources free.
I had a really bad lag time when I played movies on WMP I don't no if you need a tinch of more memory or a diffrent video card or a diffrent OS. what OS are you running?

If the problem persists, reinstall your graphics card drivers, sweep up your spyware, and kill any background processes you don't need.
Hey, at least you weren't getting the "watching videos makes your computer bsod" problem.
