This game came out just a little while ago, and it looks quite interesting. I'm thinking about getting it fairly soon, which is something I don't usually do when games first come out. I screamed at the last Ys that I played--but at least this time it seems to be better. I can't say anything else other than that the graphics of this game instantly suck.
Err, I don't see how the graphics suck. They look fairly astounding, actually.
Uh, it's probably just me--I'd rather have facial features... on the face than a picture. Their body is so short, but it's not even detailed at the same time--it's mediocre at the very most. Though graphics isn't always the most important issue in a game, I'll still be somewhat annoyed if a game looked as bad as Grandia II did.
The graphics from what I can depict of those screenshots are between FFVII and FFVIII, the charset quality anyways.
