I can only come to one conclusion:
Witches.
Posted by ZetaNo. This is obviously the work of aliens and ninjas.
Posted by Killer JordoIts the work of The Judge idiots. -_-
Posted by Lord of SpamAmazing. And the potential for uses in computer chips is interesting.
Obviously the work of ninjas, though.
Posted by AntI don't believe it

Posted by WILLETH FOR MONTHSYou're all wrong. It's arcane sorcery.
Posted by The JudgeHence why I said I did it.
Posted by WILLETH FOR MONTHSYeah, but you either ninja'd me, or I posted verrrrrrrrry sloowwwwwwwwly.
Posted by ZetaIt can't be The Judge. If it was, he'd turn the water into blood, for sustenance.
Posted by The JudgeOr just inky darkness to be cool.
You caught me.

Posted by Linko_16I came in here and thought we'd be talking about that place where non-magnetic wires went around all crazy and people looked different heights and stuff.

Quoting Wings: The Bermuda
Shorts
Triangle?
No, it's some cabin out in the woods someplace in America. You can, like, put a baseball on a plank leading into the house and it'll roll up it. That's what made me think of it.
EDIT - http://www.mysteryspot.com/
I'm pretty sure this is it, though they don't mention the stuff I remember hearing about non-magnetic wires and stuff. You can probably find articles that offer explanations for this place, but I haven't seen any. A lot of it looks like it's all perspective, though.
Posted by Vampiro V. EmpireOh yeah, there's also a hill that make it seem like you're standing at the top when you're in fact at the bottom, and vice versa. Even though it's a somewhat steep hill.

Nope, we didn't have anything to do with it.

You're not a purebred ninja; you can't do Lv.7+ Ninja stuff.
And I AM pretty sure I've been to a place like this in South Dakota.
EDIT: Found it. 3rd on the list.

Forget whatever dumb spot I found, this is the one I was thinking of. How was it?
Posted by Skitzo ControlThere's one in Montana, too. It's not that interesting. I went in with marbles to check the levels, and some places were flat that felt like 45 degree angles.
As for water going upstream, it happens here at the Sacramento River, non-stop. On the banks, the water pushes back up, making a pseudo-mini-river. It's great for my pet duck.
