I've had this game for a few months and cant figure out how to sign free agents. Every time i try to sign someone even though i have like $20 million in my budget, i cant sign anyone unless its for $328k. Everytime i try the game says dollar limit reached. I dont know what the dollar limit is in the first place. I tried not spending a dollar for like two seasons then try and sign someone, but it still doesnt work. If anyone knows what my problem is I would appreciate it greatly. Yes this is a game for ps2.
