Haven't we gone over the fact that just because someone doesn't post much, doesn't mean they aren't doing their job? I do still check the boards, and I log in to moderate when necessary. Saying that I, or any other mod doesn't check the boards enough is **** near impossible. Yes, I don't post as much as other people, but I don't feel that means much. If you want me to make worthless posts like many of you, I can do that.
Oh, and I like how most of you missed the x/10 part.
I don't feel I can comment on everyone's ability as moderator, because I don't look at every board.
Fate: 8.5/10 Though some things she does are unpopular, I see perfect reasoning behind them. I really don't see any decisions made on a personal level, and that is very important.
Xenos: 8.25/10 Available very often and is an active member. I can tell there is a bit of personal stuff going on, but overall, she does a great job.
Klarth: 8/10 One of the most active members here. He has a good mind, but often gets deep into conflicts that can cause some problems. Before that whole issue started, I think we were all better off, actually.
Dexter: 9.5/10 I don't think I've seen anything (moderator-wise) done by Dexter that I could say was done without care and intelligence.
Saruman: 6/10 I frequently see threads or posts that need to be deleted in movies/tv that just sit there for a while.
Sabre: 9.5/10 Always there to ban someone that needs it. :cool:

True, but keep in mind that the reason we're all mods is also partially down to participating in the community. You can't really completely give up posting after you get a mod spot. (Not saying that's what you're doing, ftr.)
That may be true, seeing as there are often important discussions and events that need to be dealt with(like a few threads in the mod board, and the whole DA conflict) but other than those, moderating really isn't damaged by a lack of posting.
...Wow, and I thought my posting a lot showed that I was here a lot more. =/
I did take a board hiatus months ago, but I'm here all the time now.
