I don't believe there is a cut off date. If there was, and then there was a fire with an old cord, I could see some pretty mean lawsuits being thrown around. I actually just received my new cord yesterday. It's alot nicer than the typical cord. Built in power surge at the end.
Posted by BebopI had to reaplace and my new cord came in a few days. Pretty impressed atually. Just in time too. My xbox was going to explode and destory all living matter within a 100 mile radius ANY second!
