If Roxas is Sora's nobody created when he turned to a heartless breifly in Kh1 then Roxas joined organization XIII and became their 13'th member thus making organization 13 complete as known Xehnahort(Xemnas) was collecting hearts to open the door to Kingdom hearts to truely exist, but also known there were 2 identity thefts in Kingdom hearts. In KH1 there was Ansem which was Xehnahort's heartless thus driving Diz which is Ansem the wise(real one)into su-clousion, Xehnahort's Nobody is Xemnas is leader of Organization which had a memory loss whent he real Xehnahort defeat Ansem's apprentice(who we thought was Ansem then Xehnahort now Xemnas) thus leaving one of the armoured figures accounted for(real Xehnahort) nor the other 2 well can they be accumplices of Xehnahort we may not know yet but as Square-enix states "We still have 2-3 projects to do before we start Kingdom hearts 3" so we can expect KH3 in about 3-4 years. What i do know is that the power of the keyblades will be unlocked by the Key master thus unlocking the true kingdom hearts that both "Xehnahorts" tried to unlock thus maybe with a dusk gaurding the dark figure might be because Xemnas controlled the "Nobodies" without a leader they fall into darkness seeking a new leader they might have gone to the real Xehnahort.
