Is MLB 2K6 worth buying?

I was thinking about buying it for X360, but I heard it has horrible graphics and it freezes like crazy. So I'm not sure

Apparently the 360 version is extremely buggy, and people have generally been disappointed with all versions of MLB2K6. If you want the best baseball game this year, get a PS2 and MLB '06: The Show.

Yeah, the Xbox 360 version is extremely buggy and 2K said that a patch was coming soon to fix it. So, you're probably better off with a different game.
