Bluewave sounds like a nice name. I really do like it. Hopefully thats the name of the system.
I find it amusing that there's a guy in that thread who eventually realises that Wikipedia is free to edit, and he re-iterates that fact about five times as if he's forgotten he's said it.
Bluwave would be an idiotic name anyway. It sounds far too much like Blu-Ray.
On the contrary, I'm pretty sure that quite a few people heard it. The fact that I recently ran into a bunch of retards who are utterly CONVINCED that the "Nintendo Dolphin" has been pushed back to 2008 proves this.
I knew it was fake right away. Just thought I should tell everyone I knew and how amazing I am for knowing that I knew right away.
I said "mostly," Klarth. Any moron who hears that kind of info is going to misconstrue it almost beyond recognition, certainly. It'd be like a PC gamer saying that the ps3 will be running off of the "emotion engine 2" chip.
In any event, there's a GameFAQs poster taking responsibility for the hoax now. He says he was bored and just wanted the attention, so he posted a bunch of crud on Wiki. Lame.
