How could you NOT like Cranky? Seriously, if he didn't live up to his name, he'd just be an old geezer.
I remember when it aired on Teletoon for awhile. DK's "Banana Slamma!" catchphrase, "The Temple of Inkydinkydoo", Diddy's scrawny voice, the fact that DK relied on banans to get power or otherwise be nearly usless... I remember that show alright. It had potential, but I think most of it flew out the coop (not to mention that K. Rool became narcissistic one time... ugh!). K.rool, always after that precious Crytal Coconut and Funky imitating a Jamacan dude (which was fine actually).
Not to mention that this show is where DK64 got the Crystal Coconut idea from no doubt. I wonder what happened to it? Might have been canned for low ratings or something.
